Simba's wicked uncle, Scar, plots to usurp Mufasa's throne by luring his father and son into a stampede of wildebeests. But Simba escapes, and only Mufasa is killed. As an adult, Simba returns to take back his homeland from Scar with the help of his friends Timon and Pumbaa.
"The Lion King" teaches us the importance of embracing responsibility, facing our fears, and honoring our heritage through the epic journey of Simba, the young lion who learns to become a wise and compassionate leader.
