3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Story Code / Purchase Method

During the Promotion Period, purchase a participating Luna’s Lucky Treasure Chest product from the list below.

Seven (7) unique winning codes (each a “Winning Code”) have been randomly inserted—one (1) Winning Code per title—into the following new Moonlite Storytime stories:

• Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed
• Diggersaurs Explore
• Diggersaurs Mission to Mars
• Where Do Diggers Sleep at Night?
• Where Do Diggers Take Vacation?
• Where Do Jet Planes Sleep at Night?
• Where Do Steam Trains Sleep at Night?

If you discover the Winning Code, twenty (20) stories will immediately download into the Moonlite App Library, and all corresponding physical Picture Discs will be sent by mail.

The winning codes may be found in Single Stories, Bundles, or Sets.

B. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winning Code Winners (7 Total):

There are seven (7) Winning Codes total, each corresponding to one of the listed titles above. Discovery of a Winning Code will result in one (1) winner, for a total of seven (7) winners.

AMOE Winner (1 Total):

One (1) additional winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible AMOE entries received during the Promotion Period.

Total Winners: 8

All entries—whether via purchase or AMOE—have equal odds of winning, based on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZES

Total Winners: 8

Each winner will receive:

Twenty (20) Moonlite Storytime digital story titles and corresponding physical Picture Discs (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $299.00
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,392.00

Digital stories will be delivered via the Moonlite App. Physical Picture Discs will be shipped to the winner’s provided mailing address within a reasonable time.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

Winners who discover a Winning Code will receive their Prize as described above.

The AMOE winner will be notified via email and/or phone and may be required to provide a valid mailing address and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release.

Failure to respond or provide required information may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Winning Codes
• Technical malfunctions
• Unauthorized intervention

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

13. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
