Returns, Replacements, Refunds & Support

Your happiness matters to us, and we want every Moonlite experience to feel magical from start to finish.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or hasn’t arrived within two weeks of purchase, please contact us right away via our Contact Page or live chat. Our Customer Care team will gladly make it right by sending a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

We accept returns on products that are unopened and unused, with the original seal intact.

  • Returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received back at our warehouse

Return Authorization Required

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.
Please contact Customer Care to receive a Return Authorization before shipping anything back.

Returns sent without authorization will not be processed or refunded.

Refunds
Banks may take several business days to reflect refunds on your statement. If you do not see your refund within 5 business days after processing, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
